ETHYL MALTOL (Sweetner) PG Base

Ethyl maltol is an organic compound that is a common flavourant ifor flavour mixologists. It is related to the more common flavorant maltol by replacement of the methyl group by an ethyl group. It is a sweet smell that can be described as caramelized sugar and cooked fruit.

This component is dissolved in 99.9% USP Pharmaceutical Grade PG to a saturated solution at room temperature.

FlavourMeister pure flavour concentrates are only to be used as part of the final vapour liquid product that is vaporised by safe devices. 

The concentrate has to be diluted with Propylene Glycol and/or Vegetable Glycerine. The addition of diluted nicotine base can be added if required.

Our recommended steeping time for all DIY mixed juice is from 3-5 days. Please store in a safe and dark space, when steeping. Dessert and Custard type flavours will require considerably longer steeping periods to reach their optimal flavour.
